The Board of Directors of PSA serves as the primary governing body responsible for strategic oversight, fiduciary stewardship, and institutional governance. Comprising seasoned leaders from public administration, education, and the humanitarian sector, the Board ensures that all organizational programs align with PSA’s core mission, legal frameworks, and ethical standards.
Working closely with executive leadership, the Board directs long-term strategy, strengthens organizational capacity, and safeguards the trust of community stakeholders and development partners.

Prof. Faiz Muhammad Sodho (Rtd.)
Chairman, Board of Directors & Acting Chief Executive Officer
Prof. Faiz Muhammad Sodho (Rtd.) serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Acting Chief Executive Officer of PSA. A distinguished leader in public service, he brings over two decades of dedicated experience from the Government of Sindh’s Education and Literacy Department. Throughout his eminent career, Prof. Sodho has held key administrative and academic leadership roles, including Executive District Officer (Education), District Education Officer, College Principal, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Section Officer / Private Secretary. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics from the University of Sindh and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology. With deep expertise in institutional governance, academic administration, strategic planning, and quality assurance, Prof. Sodho provides visionary leadership to PSA, driving organizational effectiveness and advancing community development initiatives.

Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sangrasi
Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sangrasi serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at PSA. He is an accomplished education professional with extensive expertise in educational management, institutional monitoring, strategic planning, and academic leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Sindh, he currently serves as a Regional Monitoring Officer in the Directorate of Inspection & Registration of Private Educational Institutions, Government of Sindh. His previous roles include Vice Principal, Assistant Managing Director, and Lecturer. Mr. Sangrasi’s contributions to PSA focus on enhancing institutional governance, promoting high-quality education standards, and strengthening organizational development through rigorous monitoring and capacity building.

Mr. Ghulam Nabi
Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Ghulam Nabi serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at PSA. He is an MBA-qualified Humanitarian Lead with over 15 years of high-impact experience in project management, supply chain logistics, capacity building, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) across national and international organizations. He possesses dual expertise in managing complex multi-donor supply chains and delivering technical precision through Third-Party Verifications (TPV) and digital monitoring systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Nabi has directed multi-sectoral interventions in Disaster Risk Management (DRM), Food Security, Cash-Based Interventions, and Education in challenging environments. Dedicated to building community resilience and empowering marginalized populations, Mr. Nabi provides critical technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership to PSA.
