Our Vision
A resilient, inclusive, and empowered society where every individual has access to quality education, essential healthcare, and social development opportunities.
Who we are
A non-profit, non-political organization founded in 2014 by local youth, working for inclusive and sustainable development across Tharparkar and Sindh.
Participatory Social Action (PSA) is a non-profit, non-political organization established in 2014 by local youth in District Tharparkar, Sindh. Registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and the Sindh Charities Registration and Regulation Act, PSA works to improve the lives of marginalized and underserved communities through participatory and inclusive development approaches. The organization focuses on health, education, youth development, livelihoods, disability inclusion, environmental sustainability, and disaster resilience, while promoting partnerships with government institutions, civil society organizations, and development partners to create sustainable and community-driven solutions.
Founded in 2014 by committed local youth from District Tharparkar, PSA was born from a recognition of the urgent need for community-led solutions to persistent development challenges — including poverty, recurrent droughts, water scarcity, food insecurity, inadequate healthcare, limited education, and weak infrastructure. These challenges disproportionately affect women, children, youth, and persons with disabilities.

PSA is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to building resilient communities, advancing quality education, and delivering impactful humanitarian and social development programs across the region. Founded on the principles of public service, integrity, and community empowerment, PSA works closely with government bodies, civil society, local communities, and development partners to drive sustainable change.
